I’ve just bagged up the patties I made last night. I made about 9 from a batch, between 12oz-1lb each. That was from 3 bags of flour (3 lb) about 1.5 kilo, and 1 bag of yeast (1lb) 454 some think grams? I had to put a bit more syrup with it, has it had got a bit dryer as the flour soaked it up, I have now put it into plastic bags to keep the patties moist. I will try and put some on next week weather permitting.
